CBD Salmon Fillets – The Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp. of honey
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp. of ginger syrup
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 20 drops of CBD Oil

Start One Day In Advance

We already mentioned the importance of starting one day in advance. In theory, you could pull it off by preparing on the day of your BBQ, but that would ruin your chance to enjoy the occasion – take your time!

Start preparing your marinade the day before you light the barbecue. This is how you do it:

Grab a bowl and add the ginger syrup, honey, a good splash of sunflower oil, and the soy sauce. Remove the garlic peels and give the cloves a good squeeze in the garlic press. Stir until the garlic is spread evenly through the marinade.

Now, add 20 drops of CBD Oil (of your preferred concentration), and finish the marinade by adding salt and pepper. Then, place the salmon fillets in the marinade and leave them in the fridge overnight to let the marinade do its magic.

Since you’re working with fresh salmon fillets, there’s no need to cook them all the way through. If you prefer your salmon well-done, however, simply turn the fillets over after ten minutes and leave them to simmer for another five.
